오랜만에 올리는 GraphicEx 입니다. 2003년 5월 버전인데, 이후로는 아직 업데이트가 없군요.
GraphicEx는 GIF, JPG, TIFF, PNG, PCX, TGA, PSD, PSP 등 자주 사용되는 거의 모든 이미지 포맷을 TImage에서
사용할 수 있게 해주는 라이브러리입니다.
